Do you ship internationally, or only within the US?
Gordon & Li Li currently ships within the United States only. First Class and Priority Mail are available for orders that include merchandise, while Media Mail is offered for book-only purchases. Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping. If you're outside the US, email info@gordonandlili.com, as exceptions may be possible depending on your location and order.
Is free shipping available, and what's the order minimum?
Yes. Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping at checkout—no code needed. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours on business days; weekend or holiday orders are processed within the following 48 hours. The shipping method can't be changed once an order has been processed.

What's your return or exchange policy if my child doesn't like a book?
Returns of merchandise are accepted in their original saleable condition within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable and buyer pays return shipping. Items must be returned in the original packaging.
