We want you to love your purchase! If you're not 100% happy, we will offer a refund on any unused item returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned products must be brand-new condition, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. 

To start a return, contact us at info@gordonandlili.com. Once your return is accepted, we will advise shipping address and instructions. We recommend a shipping method that allows you to track the package to make sure it reaches us. We cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
